Developing and Sustaining Healthy Relationships In this session we will discuss elements and characteristics of effective relationships. At the center of every effective relationship is compassion, respect and mutuality. We will discuss how we can maintain these concepts in our families, especially when going through the often confusing and confounding stages of raising adolescent children.
